Earth's Best Friends Product Warranty

Our warranty covers any flaws in workmanship and/or materials. If any of the products in your Earth's Best Friends order arrive with manufacturing flaws, please follow the steps below. We want you and your dog to love the gear you purchased! However, we do not cover any item that is outgrown, lost or simply heavily used. Do not discard broken or flawed products as we will need to see the product to determine if it is warranty eligible.

Earth's Best Friends Exchanges

If you don't like the size and/or style of your product, we will make an exchange for you within the first 15 days of your order. You will need to initiate an exchange request (steps listed below), and then place a new order for the items you would like. Your new order will ship within 2 business days, and the moment we receive your returned item, with each product in new, unused condition, and in its original packaging, we will issue a full refund (less shipping charges).
